Looking for suggestions on a durable tubeless tire with low roll resistance. Tried stan's ravens but they can't hack it in the valley, atleast not with me onthe pedals. Anyone have good luck with a certain brand or tire?
Anyone had a chance to ride the dragon hardtail? If so, what are your thoughts?

I've been messing around with an old 80s schwinn le tour setting it up for commuting. I set it up with a 46t single in the front and 12-34t in the rear after seeing Jay's EWR 1x10 set up. Now I'm thinking of doing something similar with my hard tail with a 36t in the front and a 10speed cassette in the rear. My only worry is if the 36 - 11 gear ratio will be low enough to keep up with other riders. What are your thoughts?
I saw some older posts on this but thought I'd start a new one anyway. I'm probably picking up a 4g iPhone when they are released but the big decision point will be if there is a good cycling app for it. I'd like something that uses GPS and is able to map my ride as well as provide avg speed, elevation. I know there are apps out there but I'd like to get some real world opinions on which actually work reliably. The other thing I'd like to know is if there is a good sturdy handlebar mount that will stay on and provide some protection from the elements.
Anyone ridden the 661 Evo pads? Trying to decide between the Evo Knee's and the Evo Lite XC Knee's. And possibly a set of elbow pads as well. Opinions between the two?

So I've been dreaming about a new wheelset for quite a while now. One of the kids up here at college rides for a Crank Bro's team and is looking to unload a pair of his Cobalt's as the new bike for the season is coming with a new pair. Wants $550 (retail is $950) which is reasonable.
