Hey everyone...
At the prompting of a few members, I'm posting this request for sponsorship.

Don Kelly and I (any others?) are participating in the PA Perimeter Ride Against Cancer. It's a fundraising 6 day bike ride started over 20 years ago my Bob Freed, a school teacher from Allentown. This year we have about 65 people riding from Erie to the Lehigh Valley.

We've had a great fund-raising track record; having virtually no overhead (we get donanted food and lodging), so 95% of the funds raised get to the ACS.

Sunday, June 10th, Bear Creek becomes Beer Creek for a day. It's the 2nd annual BrewFest. You could do a morning ride and then check out the event after the ride. Check out the website for specifics.

anyone from here going? i'm debating between driving back and forth or camping out up there...anyone want to chime in/split the driving up?

Join us for the Stoopid 50 Race and Ride Weekend in Rothrock State Forest just outside of State College, PA on June 8-10. The event will be staged adjacent to Penn Roosevelt State Park at a 4H Camp. The camp is 5 miles from Rt. 322 as it passes through the Seven Mountains area above Milroy, PA. The camp has a nice flat field to set up your tent. It also offers running water, a shower, and toilets.

Anyone up for a weekend at Locust Lake in June??? Camp Thurs, Fri & Sat leave Sunday?? :thumbsup:

I was thinking about racing the Duryea for awhile now. I was wondering if any one else was going. We drove up to the pagoda this Sunday to checkit out I realy wasnt sure where the course goes and i think they are changing the course from last year but is there any way i can practice before the real practice (and there where two trucks up there with bike racks)
iwould realy like to get a feel for it being my first real race.

We have been having a great time on our Saturday road rides. All are welcome to join in. Each week we cover a different loop ranging from 25 to 50 miles. We leave from our store (Curt's Cyclery in Nazareth) each Saturday at 8:30am unless otherwise noted. You can call or email us to be notified of the ride...it's length, difficulty etc. As a matter of fact starting this Sat we will be giving the riders a choice of rides. So bring a friend or friends and join in the fun. Free refreshments will be available after the ride. AND...a 10% discount to all riders who participate.

I would like to invite all of you if possible to come visit an excellent MTB destination in Southern Maine this summer. August 10th to the 12th, Parsonfield , Maine. My good friend Cliff Krolick has a company called Bike Back Coutry Excursions.

I've been visiting his woods for a long time now, for trail building seminars, coaching camps, to just plain old camping out with the crew and riding....

Some of us are going to rays again this coming weekend march 15th weekend. If anyone wants to come out again or couldnt make it for the first annual session . drop a line.
