Anybody up for one of these rides Saturday afternoon? Might be the last nice weekend, and I want to ride when the sun is the strongest. How about noon or 1'ish?
This is not a hammer ride, about 11-15 mph for about an hour or so.
fyi - the womens weekend at rays indoor mountain bike park in cleveland, ohio (http://www.raysmtb.com) is going to be 2/19/10. they will post more info on their website later, but i just thought i'd let everyone know of the date so you can mark your calendars
First up - Saturday at Granogue. This is a classic east-coast cyclocross race that draws some of the biggest names in cross from all around the country. It is in Delaware just west of the U of Del on a DuPont estate.
Sunday is called Wissahickon cross, but its actually in Ludwig's Corner just 45 minutes down Rt 100 at the Berks county horse show complex. Again, its a UCI C2 event so the names who show up for Granogue usually race Wiss as well!
Come on out- there will be beer on tap, live music, cowbells, mud and a hell of a lot of cyclocross fun!!!
VMB reporter, photographer and fashion maven Jorge Engroba is at Interbike in Vegas and is sending exclusive images to the club!
First installation:
1) Northwaves new Razor MTB shoe
2) This image was simply labeled "for Jay" (maybe Jay can fill us in)

Ok folks- I'm trying to decide on beverages to share. Most will have beer, some will have wine. Others will have faceplant punch. My question is should I bring something more geared towards volume or quality? I'm considering doing a nicer tropical beverage for friday night but don't want to spend the $$ if folks are more likely to just have it come back up later.....
So instead of continuing an already gargantuan thread...
I don't know the trails so anyone up for a little riding Thursday once we get settled in?
