Tough Mudder with Cheese

OK so this isn't bike related but it's at a place that has bike trails.

This Sunday 9/11 Bear Creek will be hosting a Cheese Garlic and Folk Festival. Part of the event will include a cheese wheel roll. Basically we send a cheese wheel down a hill and the person that catches the wheel wins the cheese. The catch is the hill is the hill between lot 4 and the pond. Check out the video.
Entrance into the festival is $8 in advance and $10 the day of the event. Come on up.

lose the training wheels camp 2011

just helping to spread the word in case anyone would like to volunteer. and don't worry, you don't need to have any coaching/riding skills, just the ability to walk/jog behind the rider. it was very rewarding last year and i look forward to helping out again this year.

Volunteer to help a child with special needs learn to ride a bike!
