Rides

I'm lucky enough to have 2 days to ride before the arena cross race in Reno. I'm sending my bike out west with the rest of the team. Can anyone offer insight into the typical conditions out that way in late February. I've looked at weather.com for temp averages and such but any nuggets of info would be awesome. I hope everyone had a good time at the party Ray's was awesome it was -2 outside and quite comfortable inside I'm sorry for having to bail on the party but eurphoria took up my slack thanks Bill. :thumbsup:

I've been having a great time riding in the past week or so. Ridden 4/5 days so far and hiked the day I didn't ride.Conditions have been awesome but they won't be like this forever. I've been rocking the hardtail and having lots of fun at Sals. Since I'm Funemployed I can go riding monday in the afternoon if I want to so going for 5/6 today.

So that's the plan-another ride today from Dodson between 2-3.

Should be peaceful since the crow hunters can't hunt on mondays.

Goals for '09? How do you log them?

I'm sure alot of folks here log their miles - I started using bikejournal.com last year and ended up with 647 - peanuts i know compared to alot of you but i feel pretty good about it for a old fat family guy! Next year I'd like to hit a thousand..

Riding Sals from Dodson about 1:45 or so today

want to get a ride in before work. will keep my eye out for a pair of frozen balls, but if nobody found them today, i doubt i will tonight. should arrive at dodson at 7:30, hitting the trail shortly after. wont be a very fast pace tonight for me. prolly just enuff to keep warm
