Rides

This year I will be posting several "Awesome Adventure Woman" (AAW) Women's Only rides and events on the VMB site and I just wanted to quickly explain what they are all about.

I do volunteer work with a local non-profit called "Awesome Adventure Woman" (AAW). It's a great organization that offers women the opportunity to experience many activities that they may not have the confidence or connections to do on their own in a safe, comforatble (primarily/usually all female environment)For more information go to www.aawonline.com or private message me through the VMB site.

Any body riding this afternoon/evening? Couldn't make any of the buzzilion Wednesday rides and I'd like to start the weekend with a ride after work

Meet me at lower lot off Constitution (bottom of spanky) for a 6pm start, I'll be riding over from my house. Heading up spanky going in a counter clockwise direction.

any interest in Camelback friday night??? about 3.5 hr loop.

now that blue's closed for the season it's time to trade the sticks for some spokes on saturday mornings. i usually need to be home around 10 or so due to kid/house/yard/work stuff so i'll post up some local rides here departing around 7:30. c'mon out for some casual paced dawn patrol fun. always looking for company and or ride suggestions, pm me or call the cell 610-972-4327

Anyone know when the church starts up the breakfast again? I dont remember the name of it or the town it was in but we passed thru Jim Thorpe on the way up to it.

Riding Allamuchy tomorrow. Meeting a buddy at the Tranquility lot a little before 2pm. Will prolly not be a very fast pace. Distance still TBD but its easy enuff to get back to the trailhead if anyone needs to bail.

Get a lower and upper body workout today over at the Sals trails. I'll be tossing rocks at the blue trail switchback turn for an hour or so in the middle of a ride.Don't know exactly when I'm starting-prolly 5PM from Dodson. Might try Tulum and some happy hour stupidity afterwards.
