Anybody lucky to have off Monday and riding ?
 Headed to Lehigh U. @ 2pm Sun. for about 6-12 miles worth of riding.
Anyone have Saturday afternoon available for a kids tide? I was thinking about pulling G on the trail a bike at the Jake, but if it could be coordinated with some more folks that would be great!
Take A Kid Mountain Biking Day was such a positive and powerful experience yesterday. Everyone had a blast! I don't have a head count, but my quick guesstimation would be that we had at least 50 people (parents and kids) in attendance. At the end of the day the overwhelming response I heard was "I wish we could do this more often". Although we can't do all the events of TAKMBD all the time, you can Take A Kid Mountain Biking ANYTIME.
So Im lookin to put together a NJ group ride to get the valley girls and guys out to experience some killer JORBA maintained single track. A couple of places I know well are Allamuchy, Deer Park, Kitatinny, Stephens State Forest (not really JORBA maintained but still fun in its own way), Round Valley, Chimney Rock, Sourlands, and one of my favorites, Six Mile Run. Depending on availability, I'm sure we can secure a leader for any of the other great places to ride, aka stephens st park, wawayanda, ringwood, jungle habitat, hawtshorne, alaire, lewis morris, mahlon dickerson, etc...
