NCC Meetings

I contacted the lady that schedules rooms for use at NCC. She needs to check to see if the Sparten center is being used when we need it. so im waiting to hear back from her.

Just in the nick of time June meeting...

It's coming together... sort of... organically...

We're breaking with tradition and may be piecing something together for Friday, June 29th.

One possibility includes just showing up at Tulum on Bethlehem's SouthSide at around 8-ish. This may or may not be preceded by a ride. :beer:

Seems like a reasonable summer/social alternative...

Bylaws

I did a little research lately (as I'm prone to do) and basically I would say that this is a area has has to be looked at, to put it mildly. If the actual bylaws that the club has are anything like the generic non-profit bylaws for Pennsylvania, we're not even close. There is some organizational and procedural tweaking that has to be done. This would affect the way that the club is organized, the way that the meetings are conducted, the way voting takes place, and the frequency of the meetings.

Officer Nominations

We decided during the last meeting in January that officer nominations would be done online. If you would like to nominate someone, do so in a simple way telling who you would like to nominate for what position. Please, no discussions on this thread so it doesn't get out of control. Nominations are for: President, Vice-President, Treasurer, Secretary. We never discussed accepting or declining nominations. I suppose you could reply to the thread to accept or decline online but that might be too easy to do. A vote will be taken at the next meeting to determine the new officers.

Feb. 15th Meeting

Might as well start tossing around agenda items.

I'll have the Membership stuff for the site ironed out by the meeting so we can discuss that further and make some final decisions.

There's been talk of more static content on the site (Trails, About Us). Maybe we could make a list and assign content creation if anyone is able and willing to volunteer.

It's been mentioned before that there are a lot of existing areas at Salisbury that could use a little touching up. Should we start making a list so we can hit them after the Orange trail is complete.

Sorry, I believe in lists and people committing to tasks on the list...
