Board Members Present: Jon Roth, Scott Stortz, Greg Horwath, Don Kelly
General Members Present: Doug Pinkerton, Joe Gallagher

Greg started: we were good to start having board meetings, but what’s the difference between board and general meetings? For board meetings, only Board members have right to vote or speak (except for solicited public input).
What is the quorum for the Board meetings? For now, it’s officers.
