Anyone know if they are hunting this week (week or 12/26) at Trexler Nature Preserve? I've never ridden there and want to check it out. I'm just not sure what's the deal with hunting in that particular area.
Any info would be appreciated.

I know I had come and gone quite quickly over the summer and I'm not really sure that I'm back...per se. I was notincing a post that VMB is now 501c3 and was wondering if maybe anyone knew how to run an MTB race a fundraiser. I am currently with Valley Search and Rescue, a wilderness search and rescue team, and we are always looking for a way to raise funds. Many many years ago, I worked with a search and rescue team out of lancaster county and we used to be the medical part of the MTB race just in case anyone got hurt out in the woods, and needed to be carried out.
SMBA Trails in Saratoga Springs, NY, are pretty damn cool. They are well created and maintained by the Saratoga MTB Assoc. and really well utilized. Even today, on a ridiculously cold morning, there were numerous groups of varying abilities all around. Interestingly we pretty much crossed paths with them at the lot, then never really saw them again. Lots of stuff to ride.
Just a heads up we opened a new shop in the Poconos. Jumping off the deep end again but loving every moment. Here's the link to the website. Anyone up in the area stop by or join us for our weekly ride Sunday mornings at the Glen. We had six riders this morning, awesome ride again, even though it was 19 degrees.
