Had WB custom make this for me in 2007, used for a month, then went to a rigid fork. Paid $700 to have it custom made with a 1" steer tube for a vintage bike. Will sell for $300.

Perfect if you are looking to soften up the ride of a vintage mountain frame!!!!

I am selling a 2009 Trek 6500. Bike colors are blue and white. I bought the bike in january and have less than 30 hrs of trail riding on it. All the specs can be seen at trekbikes.com. I added a Kenda Nevegal 2.10 to the rear and a Kenda Blue Groove 2.35 to the front. Took the big chain ring off and had a RaceFace 34t bashgaurd installed, ( still have the big ring) The bike size is 17.5". it has shimano spd520 pedals on right now. Looking to upgrade to a fullsuspension and the only reason im selling is because i got warned by my wife.

New in box. Includes cables, tubing, hydraulic fluid, etc.

so let me tell my story

2 or 3 weeks ago i tried mountain biking for the first time on my friends sisters walmart bike at sme..and i had a blast. i didnt have much to spend on a bike, and picked up a fairly rusty 2001 GT saddleback off craigslist. i stripped it down to the frame, cleaned out everything (including regreasing the bearings...i mean everything) and got it in decent riding condition. and with its 1000 lb steel frame i was ready to ride. someone on here (i cant remember his name) hooked me up with a real cheap clipless setup and thats been awesome
