South Mountain - Bethlehem

Hey guys, I'm at Lehigh for part of the summer... Anyone up for meeting up for a ride sometime?

Mountain Drive North is blocked off right now by fire police. Lots of sirens. Was really hoping to go up there after work :(.

Long time lurking (2+ years), seldom posting (2, 3times?) non-dues paying (sorry) roadie/runner w/a question:

What's the groups take on posting GPS downloads of the South Mtn - Lehigh trail system?

I recently got a Garmin 305 Forerunner, thing is way cool BTW, and started using it up at Lehigh. Two runs so far are at:

I was riding South Mountain yet again today when I decided to check out one of the new "downhill" trails. Specifically the one between the Gateway and the Snake.
I realize that there are different passions on here, xc, dh etc, but did they really have to dig huge ditches and rake a trail 25 ft wide in spots? It's an eyesore.
I hope no one from LU sees that trail.....Because I am sure they would be even more close-minded than me.
