FREE tri/time trial bike

in our fleet we have a giant aeryn blk/wht time trial bike. its a small which fits 5'4" to 5'7" .( i think it may actually be women specific) it is nothing fancy . entry level 105 parts. little heavy. but i think thats how tt bikes are. more about the aero. anyway, if sombody PROMISES to USE it , you may have it. it was a demo from giant which selene yeager aka fit chick wrote a review on a few years back. if i find that you took it and parted it out to make a quick buck , i assure you the word will get back to me and i will beat you to death.

4 wheeler and dirt bikes at Lehigh and Sals

Just an FYI

I was on my way to Sals yesterday for a ride. I usually cut through lehigh and take seidersville rd. Yesterday I noticed a few trucks unloading a 4 wheeler and 2 large dirt bikes at the base parking lot of Lehigh(seidersville rd. lot).

I ride these trails often and was pretty stunned at what my eyes were seeing. As far as I know they're not allowed on the lehigh trails. The people looked slightly shaddy so I kept on my way.

While I was riding Sals I noticed dirtbike tracks on pretty much the whole red trail.. Not sure if its the same people..

My weekend at Raystown was cut short...

So, 7 friends and I went there for my bachelor party, got there Thursday late at night and was going to stay til Sunday. We rented a REALLY nice house on Upper Corners Road, right near the southern trails.

We never did the southern trails before, and I have to say, they are a lot of fun, I have no idea why they don't get more mention when people talk about Raystown.

Happy First Anniversary Nockamixon!

Hard to believe now when you pull into the Tower Road lot and see 15+ cars with bike racks there whose owners are taking advantage of 10+ miles of trail but exactly one year ago, Sunday morning, 9-26-2010, we were just corridor clearing the trailhead into an underutilized section of the park.

In the year since I've met and worked alongside a lot of great people in all kinds of weather helping to bring mountain biking to Upper Bucks County. It's been a blast helping build some really sweet trail - I've definitely learned quite a bit in the process.

Anyone else slogging through the MS150 (or 175) City to Shore this weekend??

Just wondering. Going to be a very wet century tomorrow, from the look of things.

I hope this isn't an inappropriate place to post this, but - I'm still about $185 shy of my $1000 fund-raising goal and the ride is in less than 12 hours. If anyone cares to help out, I'd really appreciate it! Just click the link.
