Allamuchy/Tranquility trail map

Anyone have a link to a good map of the area? I rode it yesterday with 2 friends and had a blast. I'd love to go back but I basicly followed them all day. I have my strava feed I can look at but theres more than what we ran I thinking. I know we ran a white, orange and purple trail and something called Cardiac I think :? I know I saw trail's splitting off of what we were on a few times.

TAKMBD - Jordan CANCELLED

Based on Kim's notification that she'll be unable to coordinate this and the obviously late date, TAKMBD at Jordan this Saturday 10/5 is cancelled.
We'll hopefully return to hosting this event next year.

Please consider attending TAKMBD at Nox on Sunday 10/5 from 1-3 P.M. at the Tower Rd. lot.

Lost ukelele

Hi, we live near the Walking Purchase Park and like to hike there - on Sunday (Sept. 29) we took some kids out on the trails and brought a couple of ukeleles - we made a little film of the girls singing a song. One 9 year old girl lost her uke, autographed by Jack Johnson, and she is really sad! I was just wondering if any of you bikers might have come across it and grabbed it for safe keeping?

Thanks for any help! Please email lizwheeler76@gmail.com with any info.

Steel City Enduro Photos

I'm trying to get a head start on next year's Steel City Enduro and putting together info for potential sponsors. Does anyone have some good photos from this year's race I can use?

If you do, or know you might, shoot me a line at louis.mazzante --at-- gmail --dot-- com

Thanks!

Anyone see Dean lately? (bank robbery in Jim Thorpe)

So, Dean, AKA The Dutch Eagle -- JT local legend and builder of the American Standard amongst other trails, has been pretty recluse the last few years. Word has it that he'd been making bike trails, but no one has actually seen or talked to him. People have just sorta had "bigfoot" sightings of him here and there. Then this pops up today:

VA MTB Fall Festival

This event is so rad, and the trail system is downright amazing. The vibe there is so cool as a festival, with riding, communal meals, a gear swap, the on site James Madison U. observatory open, ridiculously amazing trail networks, fall colors, etc etc. Kind of like the RCST Bash, but with a lot more mileage, climbing/descending and a lot more progressive, radically fun trail systems. Unfortunately, no Whisker Biscuit rock band shenanigans with Keith, but a lot more color during the evenings events.

Lots of reasons to go, see you there Columbus Day Weekend?

Thank You

I rode Sals today and haven't been there since the Enduro. Just wanted to say Thank You and nice job to whoever has been doing the weed whacking and keeping the corridors clear.

Stay Classy Bethlehem.
