Why am I without a bike for 2 weeks (maybe longer)? Well I cracked my frame at the rear disc brake caliper mount. Not sure how it happened - maybe proof that I have been riding the hell out of it or on the flipside it may be the result of me being a total hack.

The K family did the Marsh Creek Night XC race last night. Our race started at 9PM by then it was almost completely dark. AndyK got second in Beginner 14-15 on his single speed DJ bike. Jonk got second in Beginner 16-18 on his new Giant STP DJ bike. I finished 4th of 5 in the old guy 45-49 Beginner class. I had fun when my lights died half way thru the second lap. I walked/rode about a mile using a flashlight when a course marshall gave me his helmet and light, thanks to Tom O'Niel from the Lowriders Bike Shop in Chester County.

I may be behind on this but I came across a new magazine from Dirt Rag.

It's called Bicycle Times and seems to be geared toward everyday riders and cycling advocacy.

Any suggestions of a ride in Berkshire Mountain Area in Mass.?

Have some friends visiting from VT for a few days and was thinking of taking them to White Clay due to the great feedback ive heard about it.

Never been though. Anyone able to go Tuesday or Wednesday and show us around?

I wanted to see if any of you would like to do a ride with me tomorrow before Brians H's viewing at sals. I'll be in the hospital tomorrow morning really early. and afterwards am planning on doing a ride at Sals in Brians name., then heading to his viewing from there. If anyones interested in meeting me . 10 ish at the lower constitution parking lot... starting up spanky's hitting the red and orange and the she trail of course. ending it with the berm trail and onto 78 and to NJ...... the viewing is from 2-4 and then from 7-9 pm. Let me know or give a call in the morning

Looks like the weather is good - anyone interested in hooking up for quick depresurization ride after work??

So a tubeless discussion has come up in the past, but I'd like some more specific feedback if thats possible.

Just curious how far people will drive, round trip same day, to ride.
