Jason Griffin
I have been in the outdoor industry for the majority of my adult life, and I am very fortunate to have grown into this location. My passion has always been involved in getting people outside and growing the outdoor recreation community (both personally and professionally). I love being a part of events that get more people into the outdoors, especially by bike. This can through volunteering for an event, 'guided' rides, or helping other people ride by chipping in on trail maintenance

He is a former professional racer and currently provides live announcing at elite road, cyclocross and track events. His passion is for growing the sport and making it more accessible to riders. He was instrumental in inviting the “wheelie kids” into the Easton Twilight Crit, giving them space to compete in front of thousands of spectators before the race. He joined Valley Mountain Bikers’ board in 2025.

Professionally, I lead business software implementations, managing cross-functional teams across operations, finance, and customer service—experience I bring to the board to help drive VMB’s mission forward.
