Got spanked real well this weekend racing the one-speed. It was a small group in Sonoma (Near Napa) a local grass roots series on some beautifull single track. Pro, Expert, and Single Speed Lined up together...only two pro dudes raced and they put a good twenty minutes on me in 20 miles. Only 5 one speeders and I took 4th with a tubless blow out. I was fast on the repair so it probably would have been 3rd at best. I dont think there was more then 10 Starters combined for PRO/Expert/SS and a whole load of sport guys......Anyway we have an 8 hour race this Saturday up North - all single track....I am going to try and mow these guys down....
