Kinda short notice but going to clean up the towpath between Sand Island and the Freemansburg trail.
we will park in the lot near the tennis courts starting at 8am
bagging up all trash between Sand Island and the Freemansburg Trail. once we collect the trash we can leave in designated areas for the city to pick up.
bring water, snacks, and cleanup gloves. maybe even a fishing net for bottles tossed in the canal.
Please come on out to help. Garbage Bags will be provided.
