ROUND ONE ENDURO

https://www.bikereg.com/pbcround1enduro

Prepare for a knockout of a race! The Pocono Bike Club will host the first race of the Mid Atlantic Super Series on May 7th 2017. The Round One Enduro will treat racers to 4 stages of the Glen's best terrain.  The club will once again be building trail and resurrecting old classics for the race.   Racers will use a single transfer stage and an aid station will be located along the way.

This event is being hosted by the Pocono Bike Club.   All proceeds benefit the PBC and trail improvements at Glen Park.

Riders will be issued a timing chip at the registration table.  The chip will be used to time in and out of the course.  Results are posted up almost immediately after the racer turns in their chip.  Racers must turn in their timing chips immediately after finishing the last stage.  Good sportsmanship is a must.  Racers overtaking slower riders should call out thier intent to pass and only pass when safe.  Riders caught by other racers should not block the pass and make every attempt to let the overtaking racer pass as soon as possible.  Cutting the course will be grounds for DQ .   The transfer stage will be marked well.  Parking is limited by the registration area.  Overflow parking should use the lot at end of Collins Street just after the entrance to Glen Park.   Please respect homeowner's lawns and driveways when parking in the residential area.

If you are interested in volunteering for race day or proceeding trail work days please visit our club's FB page here: https://www.facebook.com/groups/560875280591022/
